Yael is musical director of a vocal quartet – The Nana Quartet.
The quartet members are: Ayala Dotan, Yael Eilat, Shlomit Tamir Ben-Ari and Yael German. In 2001, the quartet released a disc of well-loved Israeli songs (covers) as well as songs that Yael has composed.
